by purchasing anything from me you agree that you have read and understood all of my ToS

Warning! Most of the time it might take me from a week to several months to complete your commission unless a specific deadline is stated before the payment. Monthly reminders from you about the commission are welcome!

If something that you want is not listed here or you're not sure if I'm willing to draw it, feel free to ask me! I am not very strict with this

Payment and Refunds

Full payment is taken upfront or after the sketch through Paypal. Please make sure you can make the payment within a week after commissioning a piece. If something prevents you from making the payment in time, please let me know so we could figure something out!A full refund is only made if I haven't started on the commission yet or if I only have a rough sketch done. If I'm already done with a clean sketch or coloring I can provide a partial refund.

Commission process

I will be providing a WIP of each stage of the process (sketch, coloring, shading) and continue the work only after approval. If I finish a piece without your approval of the sketch or coloring, you have the right to ask for changes.

After the commission is complete I won't make any changes to the art piece

Artwork usage

You are not allowed to commercially use any of my artwork that was done for you without my permission. However, any personal use is allowed with proper credit given when possible.

Character designs and adoptables

All of my adopts and designs come with these rules unless specified differently:

1. Credit me on toyhou.se (if you're using it)
2. Slight redesign is allowed (change of species, minor markings, etc), don't paint it over my art though
3. I appreciate it if you notify me before the sale of characters designed by me
4. Sale for a higher price than received without new art is discouraged
